Through a blend of somatic practices and sensual exploration, you will delve into a profound connection to your physicality and sensuality. You can expect to feel liberated, confident, and deeply connected to your body. BREAKDOWN: WEEK 1: Foundations of Somatic Movement and Sensual Embodiment - Introduction to somatic movement principles - Body awareness through the five core erotic expressions - Integrative journaling, the connection between movement and sensuality WEEK 2: Exploring Sensory Pleasure in Movement - Deepening body awareness through the 4-forms of pleasure - Incorporating touch and texture into somatic practices - Mindful exploration of pleasurable sensations in the body WEEK 3: Integrating Sensuality and Emotional Well-being - Understanding the relationship between sensuality and emotions - Somatic breathwork for emotional expression and release - Integrative meditative journey for cultivating emotional connection in the body WEEK 4: Embodying Sensuality in Everyday Life - Applying sensual embodiment principles to daily activities (turning the mundane into medicine) - Finding your voice through sensual embodiment - Exploring your desires through active communication WEEK 5: Celebration and Self-Care through Sensual Embodiment - Review of somatic and sensual principles - Celebratory practices to honor the body and your sensuality - Closing circle What will you learn? 1) Sensual Movement: Cultivate a heightened awareness of your body and explore sensations and movements to develop a deeper connection with yourself. 2) Breath Control: Focus on conscious breathing practices, helping you to regulate and deepen relaxation, presence, and connection to your physical experiences. 3)Pleasure Principles: Learn the 4-forms of pleasure to express emotions, fostering a sense of liberation and self-expression. 4) Guided Meditation: Learn to be fully present in the moment, letting go of distractions and judgments to embrace a more profound connection with your body.
