Learn more complex transitions and shapes that blend grace, strength, and creativity. Professional aerialist, Abby Botnick, will guide you through proper safety techniques and introduce you to the unique challenges and joys of dancing in the air. Prior aerial experience is required! You should have a confident invert without foot/jump assist, single knee hang, and 1 clean pull up What to wear: Fitted athletic clothing, no zippers or buttons

Our Policies
LATE POLICY: After 10 minutes, you are considered a no show and forfeit your session credit. Missing the warm up greatly increases your risk of injury and negatively effects the flow of class. 🛑Effective January 1, 2025: A no show fee of $5 will be applied after 10 minutes past the session start time. RESCHEDULE POLICY: Drop Ins, Events, and Open Pole can be rescheduled up to 4 hours prior to the session start time. 🛑Effective January 1, 2025: Reschedule period for Drop In Classes will be 12 hours prior to the start time. Reschedules/Cancels past the 12 hour mark will incur a $5 late cancelation fee and forfeit the session credit. REFUND POLICY: All sales are final. No refunds, person to person transfers, or substitutions.
