Service Description
This workshop is dedicated to enhancing shoulder mobility and strength through targeted shoulder rotation exercises. Students will learn the fundamentals of healthy shoulder movement, focusing on techniques to improve range of motion, prevent injury, and build stability in the shoulder joint. The session will include mobility drills and strength-building exercises designed to promote fluid and controlled shoulder rotation. Ideal for anyone looking to refine their technique or enhance their performance in activities that require upper body strength and flexibility (like pole ;)

LATE POLICY: After 10 minutes, you are considered a no-show and forfeit your session credit.
