Service Description

This class is for anyone desiring to create a better relationship to their bodies and pleasure. As you know, pole is a journey where we can often get stuck in our heads instead of dropping into the body. This class will incorporate somatic movement and sensuality so that you can take your pole-practice to the next level of embodiment and authenticity. This is not a pole class, but an additional supplement to your pole practice. Zero experience required. Please come as you like, no heels or pole clothing necessary. REQUIREMENTS: drinking water, yoga mat, a cloth to clean your equipment
