Join us for a deeply relaxing evening of sound healing with Sofia Drekou, founder of SofusionYoga. In this immersive sound bath, participants will be invited to lie back, rest, and be supported as waves of sound from crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, Native American flute and other therapeutic instruments create a rich and meditative soundscape. This experience is designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring the body into a state of deep relaxation and restoration. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow or bolster, and a blanket or anything that helps you feel comfortable while resting. Space is limited to maintain an intimate and immersive experience.
