Service Description

SUITABLE FOR FIRST TIMERS // Designed for students to learn fundamental stretching techniques specific to achieving both forward splits, middle splits, and pancake straddles. This class has a strong emphasis on on injury prevention and conditioning. Students will learn how to progress their active flexibility and range of motion in a safe manner, building strength to stabilize and support their bodies. This class is beginner friendly and will help you move better on and off the pole! REQUIRED: yoga mat, drinking water, socks
