Service Description
Static dynamic power is a workshop built for the power poler who wishes to slay explosive static moves around the base of the pole as well as aerially. Meg will cover specialized techniques to create energy in the body to throw the skill successfully and effectively; from flares, to pendulum swings, to drops and flips. Nothing is off limits in this workshop! LEVEL: Advanced and Elite PREREQUISITES: Confident Handspring
