The Low Down

Don't worry, babe. Here's all the deets.

  • Intro Level
I have never experienced pole before or I am still practicing fundamentals and technique. I'm learning to perform basics like front hook, back hook, and pole sits.
  • Level 1 - The Beginner
I'm a beginner poler who knows a front hook and back hook but cannot invert. I may be learning inverts, but cannot yet perform them consistently or cleanly.
  • Level 1.5 - The Climber
I can confidently climb the length of the pole. I may or may not have a consistent invert from the ground, but I know some upside down shapes like layback and leg hangs.
  • Level 2 - The Inverter
I can invert confidently from the ground but cannot yet perform aerial inverts consistently or cleanly.
  • Level 3 - The Aerialist
I can invert confidently from the air, but cannot yet hold handsprings consistently or cleanly.
  • Level 4 - The Handspringer
I can perform moves with 2 points of contact, such as handspring, ayesha, and cocoon. I may only be able to perform a single entrance or exit to my hardest moves.
  • Level 5 - The Elite
I can perform many 2 points of contact moves, and have many entrances, exits, and combinations of my hardest moves.
  • How do I get my First Time BOGO?
Select the "First Time BOGO" package on the tab labeled: Class Packages. Valid ONLY for first timers for Drop In Classes only and does not apply to Open Pole Sessions, Workshops, Special Events, or Monthly Courses. 🛑New clients must show ID on first visit. You may also sign the waiver prior to your first visit by clicking the button below.
  • Do I have to register in advance?
Yes. All classes, courses, and events must be registered in advance. Online booking closes 4 hours prior to the session start time, however, you can always call us to book thereafter. 🛑New clients must show ID on first visit. You may also sign the waiver prior to your first visit by clicking the button below.
  • What should I bring?
You'll need a yoga mat for the warm up, drinking water, and a cloth or rag to clean your pole. Cleaning rags are sold in studio for $3 each and water bottles for $2 each. 🛑New clients must show ID on first visit. You may also sign the waiver prior to your first visit by clicking the button below.
  • What should I wear?
POLE CLASSES: Keep your arms and legs bare as you'll need the skin to grip the pole. Please do not wear any jewelry, lotion, or oils on the day of your pole lesson. HOOP CLASSES: Wear leggings and long sleeves. FLOORWORK CLASSES: Kneepads are a must! Socks or heels should cover the feet.
  • Can I bring my own heels?
Yes! Bring your favorite pole dance heels! If you're not into that, you can go barefoot or wear socks.
  • My friend just wants to watch. Do they still have to pay?
Yes. All guests in the building must be paid for. We do not allow spectators. It's more fun when your friends are doing it with you anyway! And yes, we can totally accommodate your pregnant friend so she can register too.
  • Do your poles or hoops have a weight limit?
No, they don't have a weight limit.
  • What if I can't even touch my toes?
The beautiful thing about pole is that you can start without ANY strength or ANY flexibility. Our beginner courses and classes are specifically designed to accommodate ANYONE. Just bring your pretty self and a good attitude!
  • Late Policy
After 10 minutes, you are considered a no show and forfeit your session credit plus incur a $5 fee. Missing the warm up greatly increases your risk of injury and negatively effects the flow of class.

Notice must be provided via email at support@palmbeachpole.com. Without notice of cancellation, autopay will continue as scheduled.
