Chair and Pole (L1+)
Service Description
LEVEL 1+ // Learn a short chair + pole dance choreography that incorporates all the hair flips, heel clacks, and twirly, leggy goodness you see in all those music videos. This class is beginner friendly but is NOT suitable for a first timer. More advanced modifications will be provided for participants with more experience. PREREQUISITES: front hook, back hook, pole sit, pirouette REQUIREMENTS: drinking water, yoga mat, a cloth to clean your pole and chair OPTIONAL: heels (or socks) and knee pads

Free cancel window: 12 hours before the session starts Canceling between 12 hours and 2 hours before a session: Forfeit the session credit plus $10 late cancel fee Canceling less than 2 hours/No Show: Forfeit the session credit plus $15 late cancel fee Refund Policy: All sales are final.
