Our Policies
LATE POLICY: After 10 minutes, you are considered a no show. No shows will incur a $5 no show fee and forfeit the session credit. Missing the warm up greatly increases your risk of injury and negatively effects the flow of class. RESCHEDULE POLICY: Drop Ins, Events, and Open Pole can be rescheduled 12 hours prior to the start time. Reschedules/Cancels past the 12 hour mark will incur a $5 late cancelation fee and forfeit the session credit. REFUND POLICY: All sales are final. No refunds, person to person transfers, or substitutions.
