Level: High Beginner/Low Intermediate Pre-requisites: Jasmine, Figurehead, Pole Sit, Pole Climb, Genie Looking to up your tricks repertoire? This Fun Shapes Workshop explores some of Chrissy’s favorite aerial pole shapes that don’t require that signature flexy element. Work the shapes individually or string them together for a fun combo. About Chrissy (Flying Squirrel): Chrissy (she/her) fell in love with pole fitness in 2016 and soon after expanded into the world of other aerial apparatuses and teaching. As a former gymnast and dancer in her youth, finding pole was like coming home after years of yearning to move, groove and be upside down. She is best known for her musicality and captivating performance skills as well as spin pole and flexibility tricks. Chrissy has been teaching pole since 2017 and has trained religiously under pole OGs Maggie Ann, Carly Jane, and Jenyne Butterfly since 2018. She is a prominent pole performer in Boston, MA. Most recently, Chrissy won the title of 2024 Pole Sport Org National Artistic Champion (L5)
