RECOMMENDED FOR FIRST TIMERS // Learn foundational techniques and build your body awareness for safely executing pole basics. This curriculum varies slightly from week to week but always covers hand grip variations, footwork, basic spin(s), and climb conditioning. Suitable for those who have never touched a pole or students wishing to refine their pole foundations. REQUIRED: yoga mat, drinking water, cloth to clean the pole

LATE POLICY: After 10 minutes, you are considered a no-show and forfeit your session credit. RESCHEDULE POLICY: Drop Ins, Events, and Open Pole can be rescheduled up to 4 hours prior to the session start time.
