This curriculum varies slightly from week to week but always covers hand grip variations, footwork, basic spin(s), and climb conditioning. Suitable for those who have never touched a pole or students wishing to refine their pole foundations. REQUIRED: yoga mat, drinking water, cloth to clean the pole
