Pole Tricks (L1 - 3)
Service Description
LEVEL 1+ // This is a mixed level class designed for students levels 1 through 3. The curriculum in this class is heavily focused on trick progression. Students will learn trick(s) at a basic level and then be given instruction and option to evolve the basic trick(s) into more advanced versions. PREREQUISITES: front hook, back hook, and pole sit REQUIREMENTS: drinking water, a yoga mat, a cloth to clean your pole
